WILLEMSTAD - The number of Americans who want to return home is growing. Soon the seventh plane will depart for Fort Lauderdale.
Some 225 US citizens have already been repatriated from the Dutch Caribbean islands. May 10 the next charter will depart from Oranjestad in Aruba.
Passengers from Curaçao and Bonaire must travel to Aruba with Divi Divi. This flight is already full. The Spirit Airways plane also picks up passengers from Colombia and will therefore not be the last flight, according to the American Consulate.
