WILLEMSTAD - Supermarkets and wholesalers on the island have sent their staff to meat courses. Alves, EWT, Deli Nova, Esperamos, and Van den Tweel sent people to a course at the Dutch expertise center in Butcher's education.
They also received lessons in food safety. In October there is a course on Fish. The meat course is also given again.
