WILLEMSTAD - Coalition parties PIN and MAN believe that more fruit and vegetables should be included in the basic basket. Now there are ten of each in the basic basket.
For those goods a maximum price applies and no sales tax. Both parties believe that vulnerable groups in society should be supported when purchasing food.
They also think that the ban on importing fruit and vegetables should be extended with products that can be grown locally.
