WILLEMSTAD - The Ministry of Economic Affairs has received nearly 3,000 requests for support from small and medium-sized enterprises. More than 2000 have been viewed and approved.
These companies receive a maximum of 1,335 guilders per month. More than 200 companies have applied for low-interest credit.
7.5 million guilders are available for this. 1,250 companies have applied for a wage subsidy. According to the Minister of Economic Development, Giselle McWilliam this effort has saved 17,000 jobs.
