WILLEMSTAD - Some of the musicians on Curaçao will demonstrate this afternoon. They are tired of having no income for months because of the corona measures. Organization for the island's musicians and entertainment industry, AMAK, is organizing a manifestation which starts at 5:00pm. It will take place at Wilhelminaplein in Punda.
During the event, members of AMAK and various musicians will express their concerns that the entertainment industry has been down for eight months, while the infections are not decreasing. According to AMAK, this shows that it is not the entertainment sector that has caused an increase in the number of infections.
