THE HAGUE - The coalition plans to establish an Economic Growth Platform Caribbean, aimed at stimulating economic development and innovation across all six Caribbean islands within the Kingdom. Curaçao is explicitly included in this initiative.
The platform is intended to support sustainable economic diversification, innovation and investment. The agreement also states that the National Investment Institution of the Netherlands will be able to invest in all four Kingdom countries, including Curaçao, under equal conditions.
According to the coalition, this approach is designed to strengthen economic self-reliance in the Caribbean while creating opportunities for private investment and long-term growth.
