WILLEMSTAD - The board of the Curaçao Medical Center welcomes its new director of Human Resources and Organizational Development, Ms. Yunaira Phelipa. Ms. Phelipa joined CMC on September 1 and has over 18 years of extensive Human Resources experience with a background in law enforcement and healthcare. Her last work was with the Curaçao Police Force, where she held the position of Head of HRM for 12 years.
At KPC she advised on policy and was responsible for all HR planning, control, and training. Before that she was head of Human Resource Management at the Curaçao Dry Dock Company N.V. In addition, she acted as a learning coach for the Management Development process of the Federation of Healthcare Institutions. Mrs. Phelipa has a degree in Personnel and Labor. As a Human Resources professional with a passion for the profession, she is on the one hand a team player with a healthy dose of analytical skills and on the other hand a motivator.
