THE HAGUE, WILLEMSTAD - The Kingdom Council of Ministers has decided to appoint Mrs. Th. G. Lautenbach as a member of the Common Court of Justice, on the proposal of the Dutch Minister of Justice Dekker, also on behalf of his colleagues the ministers of justice from Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten.
It concerns a reinforcement of the number of members for appeal cases based in Curaçao. The effective date of the appointment is January 1, 2020.
