WILLEMSTAD - In the Palace of the Governor, the new members of the Curaçao Parliament will be sworn in by Governor Lucille George-Wout at 8.30 a.m. tomorrow morning. The ceremony will be broadcast live.
Afterwards, the new members of parliament will present themselves to the press outside on the steps of the Palace and the square of the Fort Amsterdam government center.
The members of parliament will then continue to the PWFC building on Schottegatweg West where the first parliamentary meeting in a new composition will be held at 10.00 am. Main item on the agenda: the election of the new President and Vice-President of Parliament for the next four years.
