WILLEMSTAD - The Public Prosecution Service (OM) Curaçao will use a new payment arrangement for paying outstanding fines. The fines can now also be paid in installments at Paga bo But's office.
The payment arrangement 'Areglo den areglo' means that 25 guilders per month is paid for the first three months. The rest of the outstanding amount can be repaid within 21 months. The arrangement can be made at Paga bo But, an identification document and a deposit of 25 guilders is required.
The monthly traffic hearing will take place on 15 September. The Public Prosecution Service reminds everyone that outstanding fines are increased after the hearing. The last payday is Tuesday, September 14. No payment arrangement can be made for these fines, this is only possible after the hearing date.
The fine can be paid at the office 'Paga Bo But' at Waaigat, east of Curoil at Abraham Chumaceiro Boulevard 11. You can also pay online via your bank on account of the MCB number 23329801.
