WILLEMSTAD - The new tax measures must raise more than 60 million guilders. Excise duties on alcohol and tobacco yield 17.5 million.
The waste tax increases from 20 to 35 guilders and yields 4 million. And the property tax must bring in more than two million extra for the treasury.
The new sales tax, which will be called ABB, yields 40 million guilders.
