Neysa Isenia Appointed CEO of Integrated Utility Holding N.V.

WILLEMSTAD Neysa Isenia has been appointed as the new Director-General (CEO) of Integrated Utility Holding N.V., the parent company of Aqualectra. The appointment was announced by the Government of Curaçao in a notice published on January 18 and was approved by the Council of Ministers on January 14.

Isenia is an accountant by profession and has served in recent years as Chief Financial Officer of Aqualectra, the public utility responsible for the production and distribution of electricity and water on Curaçao. In that role, she played a key part in the company’s financial management, particularly in safeguarding its financial stability, according to the government’s statement.

With her appointment as CEO, Isenia will continue to lead the organization, bringing with her in-depth knowledge of Aqualectra’s operations and the challenges facing the energy and utilities sector. The government stated that her appointment ensures continuity in both governance and management at the utility company.

The Government of Curaçao is the sole shareholder of Integrated Utility Holding N.V., which oversees Aqualectra as a strategic public enterprise.
