WILLEMSTAD - The notorious Nicole Lake was sentenced on Tuesday to a 3-year prison term, including one year conditionally and three years on probation.
The judge also wants Lake to be guided through the probation period and undergo psychological treatment. Lake was on trial for the kidnapping, threat, and assault of her ex-boyfriend. Lake is notorious in Curaçao and is seen as a ‘revolving door’ criminal, who often escaped detention during her youth.
