WILLEMSTAD - Drivers who had to inspect their car today, were out of luck. The inspection officers were on strike. At least they met during working hours with their unions. During this time the inspection halls were closed while there were several cars in the waiting line.
A large number of civil servants, including those from other services, are discussing today what they are going to do in the coming week to put even more pressure on the government to get their salary indexation paid, among other things.
