WILLEMSTAD - A minor boy who jumped on a seadoo in November and sailed a tour to Fuik Bay, will not be fined yet.
He was caught by the coast guard. The Public Prosecution (OM) demanded 650 guilders, but the judge found the suspect too young to understand how the law works.
The seadoo belonged to a friend and had not been inspected and the boy obviously had no license. The father was held accountable for his child's behavior and the judge hopes that he has now learned his lesson.
