PHILIPSBURG - Tourists who are fully vaccinated against corona no longer need to demonstrate a PCR test in Sint Maarten from November 1. The government announced this yesterday in Philipsburg.
Many travelers can travel freely to Sint Maarten from November if they are fully vaccinated. The island introduced this rule to promote tourism and make it easier for cruise ship visitors to visit the island.
The vaccination must be approved by the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and Environmental Hygiene (RIVM) and the World Health Organization (WHO). This was announced by Health Minister Omar Ottley on behalf of the government of Sint Maarten.
