WILLEMSTAD - The man who caused a fatal accident on Winston Churchillweg last year cannot get a pro bono lawyer. He cannot show the required tax papers to prove his income.
The judge ruled that the suspect must somehow find the money to pay for a lawyer, because a longer postponement of the case is not possible. The 28-year-old man has until January 15.
