WILLEMSTAD - Norman Serphos has lost his dismissal case in court. The former spokesperson for the Public Prosecution Service had filed a complaint because apparently someone hacked into his Facebook account.
That turned out to be a false complaint, after which Serphos was fired. He had counted on more compassion after a long record of good service at the Public Prosecution Service.
But the judge finds that Serphos has committed a serious breach of duty as the face of the Public Prosecution Service. Serphos can appeal against the court's decision within 30 days.
