ARNHEM, WILLEMSTAD - A 33-year-old navy officer suspected of smuggling 70 kilos of cocaine remains behind bars in the Netherlands. On December 2 he appeared before the judge.
Ruben V. denies, but his DNA is found in the plastic bag that contained the cocaine. He would have liked to be released to celebrate Christmas with his daughter, but the military court in Arnhem did not agree.
