This independent entity has the task of developing the Wechi estate, organizing the management of the construction, facilitating sales and rental, and eventually also providing management in this new city district.

FKP director Ir. Arthur Con explained the cooperation between FKP and Wechi Management Company (WMC): “FKP owns the Wechi estate. Our core business is social housing provision and management. In order to realize an innovative city district in Wechi, FKP has set up an independent company that focuses entirely on the Wechi development, both construction and sale and rental of homes, and can also carry out the management in the district. In total, approximately 3,500 homes in various models and price ranges are being built. With this, WMC makes a significant contribution to economic growth, employment and the solution to the housing shortage on our island.”

Stakeholders were invited to contribute to the success of WMC by investing, financing, bringing in expertise and having confidence in this (re-) start of Wechi.

Sustainable, modern, environmentally conscious and with respect for the natural environment. There is now a construction permit for the first phase. The first 4 model homes can be viewed by the public on 5 September. These homes in Zone E are offered at prices ranging from 175,000 - 250,000.
