WILLEMSTAD - The Ombudsman of Curaçao, Keursly Concincion, submitted a bill proposal on Tuesday to the Minister of Management, Planning, and Services Ornelio Martina with regard to complaints handling of the government.
Concincion proposes to use transparent and uniform rules in the way in which the government deals with complaints internally. The design is the result of previously made agreements between the minister and the ombudsman. The main objective is to improve government services.
The bill proposal will now go through the evaluation and advice process within the Ministry of Directors, Planning and Services.
