WILLEMSTAD - On Friday, the judge will determine how to proceed with the arson case involving the tax office in Emmastad. Two men are on trial, but three others are still on the run.
The tax office partially burned down on August 22 last year. The damage amounted to approximately 45 million guilders.
The case may be put on hold because the Public Prosecution Service has not yet tracked down and heard all witnesses.
One of the suspects cooperates well and is therefore in custody in Bonaire for his safety.
