WILLEMSTAD - Last week, one patient with Covid-19 was admitted to the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC). It is currently the only corona patient in the hospital.
The patient is in the regular corona ward. One patient died last week from the effects of the virus. This brings the number of deaths to 287.
The Ministry of Health, Environment and Nature (GMN) has registered 25 new infections. 36 people were allowed out of isolation again. In total, the ministry reports 34 active infections. Since 1 June, not everyone with complaints has been tested anymore. In addition, self-tests are not recorded. A total of 322 tests were administered.
