WILLEMSTAD - In the early Saturday morning, a 31-year-old man born in Venezuela was arrested on suspicion of arson involvement at the Tax Office nine days earlier. The arrest took place in a bar in Rio Canario.
The Venezuelan was in the company of another man. That person was also arrested but was later released. This is according to the police.
