WILLEMSTAD - Today, September 8 in the hall of the Parliament of Curaçao, the opening of the new parliamentary year took place in the presence of Her Excellency Governor Lucille George-Wout, Members of Parliament, Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath and Minister of Finance Kenneth Gijsbertha.
Her Excellency the Governor discussed the policy for 2020-2021 of Cabinet Rhuggenaath in her speech. The Minister of Finance has also presented the draft national ordinance establishing the budget of Curaçao 2021 to the President of Parliament Aña-Maria Pauletta. This will be debated by the Members of Parliament on a later date.
