WILLEMSTAD - In a joint action, the opposition parties of Curaçao have asked for a special meeting of parliament today at ten o'clock.
In it, the parties want to discuss the approach to yesterday's protest. According to the opposition parties, the government has not done this the right way and has used violence against protesters. Several of the opposition leaders, such as MFK front man Gilmar Pisas, PS leader Jaime Cordoba and businessman Amparo dos Santos of KdNT were present in Fort Amsterdam.
