WILLEMSTAD - Orco Bank is very happy to support the project ‘Duna un Man na bo Ruman’ by SIGE, Sentro pa Inovashon i Guia Edukashonal, through a donation.
‘Duna un Man na bo Ruman’ is a project whereby SIGE collects school materials to help children in need in our community start the new schoolyear with the needed materials.
Every year there is an increase in the number of children that need school materials. There has been an exponential increase in requests this year, due to the impact caused by COVID-19. SIGE helps various families buy school uniforms and shoes too, thanks to sponsors such as Orco Bank, and the community in general that contributes to the project. This year the goal was to help 650 children start the new schoolyear in August 2022, well prepared with the needed school materials. This was possible thanks to sponsors such as Orco Bank.
Orco Bank continues its efforts to provide the best banking services to its customers. Moreover, the bank continues its contribution to the community of Curaçao with enthusiasm!
