WILLEMSTAD - APC Bank and Eleonora have decided to end the collaboration, as a result of this, Eleonora stepped down as a director of APC Bank and as a supervisory director of PSB Bank, a subsidiary of APC Bank, effective August 9, 2021.
At the end of January 2021, Eleonora joined as a director of APC Bank, having previously been chairman of the Supervisory Board at the time of APC Bank's incorporation in April 2020.
APC Bank and its stakeholders are working tirelessly on setting up a strong bank of the future. The financial institution says that the processes and set-up take more time to guarantee a solid bank that the customers can count on.
