WILLEMSTAD – The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport (OWCS) has announced that services provided by its departments at the APC Complex will be limited between December 8 and December 12, 2025. During this period, services will be offered exclusively through digital channels.
According to Minister Sithree van Heydoorn, the temporary limitation is due to the dismantling of the Sentro Pro Arte building, also known as the Schouwburg Foundation, located within the APC Complex.
Clients and members of the public who have questions or requests are encouraged to contact the ministry via email. General inquiries can be directed to communicatie@owcs.gov.cw. The Education Inspectorate can be reached at secretariaatio@owcs.gov.cw.
For matters related to examinations, the Expertise Center for Tests and Examinations (Examination Office) can be contacted at info@ete.cw, while naturalization examinations can be addressed via naturalisatie@ete.cw. Inquiries regarding diploma evaluation should be sent to diplomawaardering@ete.cw, and questions about national examinations can be directed to landsexamens@ete.cw.
Financial matters can be handled through owcsfinancien@owcs.gov.cw, and UNESCO-related inquiries may be sent to secretariatunesco@owcs.gov.cw.
The ministry has apologized for any inconvenience caused and thanks the public for its understanding during this temporary adjustment.
