WILLEMSTAD - Two painters who were doing odd jobs in the police garage in Saliña were shocked when the garage was surrounded by rushed police cars with a flashing light and siren.
Apparently, it was not reported that the building was given a coat of paint and the officers thought of a burglary. The painters could only get back to work after their story was checked and confirmed.
