WILLEMSTAD - Recently Mrs. Pamela Gordon-Carty presented part 1 of her "Recovery Plan" to the Acting Governor of Curaçao, Her Excellency Michèle Russel-Capriles.
In the “2021 Financial, Economic Social & Spacial Recovery Plan, part 1” Mrs. Gordon-Carty gives her vision on how a recovery plan for the islands of Sint Maarten, Curacao and Aruba could be established. Mrs. Gordon-Carty plans to publish 3 more volumes.
