WILLEMSTAD - The Pisas cabinet owes the people an explanation. This was stated by the opposition party PAR in a parliamentary debate. The PAR faction in parliament accuses the government of taking a path that is at odds with their campaign promises.
The current ruling party and winner of the last election, the MFK campaigned with the slogan to negotiate new terms for the formation of the Caribbean Reform and Development Agency (COHO). Now the government is doing just that. Opposition party MAN also says it is confused by the current course. The blue party wants to know from the government on what basis a new agreement with the Netherlands has been reached.
