WILLEMSTAD - The Court of Audit published six reports last year, but only one was handled by the Members of Parliament. This is stated in the annual report of the Court of Auditors.
Two of those six investigations were even carried out at the request of the parliament. The untreated reports included the construction of the new hospital and the annual accounts of the government.
It is unknown why Parliament does nothing with the Court's often scathing investigations.
