Permit granted for Z Air: Flights to continue in 2024

Local | By Correspondent February 6, 2024

WILLEMSTAD - Airline Z Air is allowed to continue its flights in 2024. This includes the transportation of passengers, goods, and mail.

There had been a proposal to grant the permit for quite some time, but now the decision has been made. The flights will connect Curaçao to Bonaire and vice versa. Additionally, other islands within the Caribbean region will also be serviced.

The Council of Ministers, in conjunction with the Director-General of the Curaçao Civil Aviation Authority and the Ministry of Transportation, Traffic, and Spatial Planning, has decided to extend Z Air's operations for another five years. The document still needs to be signed by Lucille George-Wout, the Governor of Curaçao.
