WILLEMSTAD - If you want to sell food during the carnival, you must apply for a permit no later than 24 January.
You only get that if you also have a health certificate from the Health Department (GGD). This applies to everyone who sells food.
Also don't forget to apply for a stand or place permit, depending on whether you are walking around or have your own place. You can go to the government’s permit counter in Saliña.
