THE HAGUE - Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas and State Secretary for Kingdom Relations Alexandra van Huffelen signed the implementation agenda of the so-called country packages for the next quarter on Monday evening. The implementation in the CAS countries is not hindered by the fact that the discussion about the Kingdom Act on the Caribbean Body for Reform and Development (COHO) continues unabated.
The Prime Minister is making several working visits to the Netherlands. In this way he becomes acquainted with various ministers of the Rutte cabinet.
The Minister of Social Development, Labor and Welfare (SOAW) Ruthmilda Larmonie-Cicilia is also present at the working visits.
Pisas will travel to the United Arab Emirates later this week to visit Expo Dubai 2020. It is expected that the prime minister will pay an introductory visit to his counterpart Rutte before his return to Curaçao.
