WILLEMSTAD - The opposition party MFK does not want new elections now. This is according to their new leader Gilmar Pik Pisas. Elections today do not seem like a good idea to him, because it may take months before a new government takes over.
Pisas favors a crisis cabinet. According to the parliamentarian, there is no longer any trust between the local government and the Netherlands and a crisis cabinet must, therefore, be formed with professionals who can enjoy the trust of the Dutch government.
Pisas thinks that there is, therefore, room for consultation about the conditions for the new loan from the Netherlands.
