WILLEMSTAD - The police and the inspection team of the Ministry of Economic Development (MEO) are asking for the cooperation of catering establishments during the Marcha di Seú Sunday. A number of measures have been taken to prevent unrest and to guarantee safety.
For example, it is not allowed to sell drinks in glass. This also applies to people with a parking permit. Furthermore, it is not allowed for tokos, minimarkets and supermarkets to place a tent along the route of the parade.
The police emphasize that stands must adhere to the conditions of the permit. The inspectorate will carry out checks. If a violation leads to a dangerous situation or nuisance, the business can be closed immediately.
