WILLEMSTAD - The police started an investigation in the Seru Fortuna neighborhood last Monday. There, a doctor alerted the police after he was called by the family.
Upon arrival, the doctor found a lifeless man with serious facial injuries. His room smelled of petrol. The technical investigation team was quickly on the spot. No arrests have been made yet.
