WILLEMSTAD - Police are looking for 14-year-old Julissa Markes. Julissa escaped from the Curaçao Juvenile Institution (JJCI) last Monday.
Julissa is 1.64 meters tall, she has a normal build, a light brown complexion and hazel eyes. When she fled the JJIC, she was wearing a gray dress, a jeans blouse and black sandals.
Police are asking anyone with information about Julissa to contact them at 917 or anonymously at 108.
