WILLEMSTAD - The police shot rubber bullets at the foreigners’ barracks of the SDKK prison last night. The officers were summoned after problems arose between Venezuelans and prison guards.
According to the prison guards, things have not been well between them and the foreigners for a long time. According to Venezuelans, they are treated inhumanly. They hardly get any food, little water and no soap to wash.
