WILLEMSTAD - The police have placed cameras along the carnival route to keep an extra eye on what is taking place. A new reporting number has been put into use especially for carnival: 915.
Incidents can be reported via this number. Of course, 911 for emergencies remains accessible and 917 for less urgent matters. 915 is only valid during carnival.
