Drugs, weapons and possibly gold bars found on board the El Capo boat, owned by the well-known Vigilante paparazzi photographer Umpi Welvaart
WILLEMSTAD - Umpy Welvaart has been arrested and detained. Drugs and weapons were allegedly found in the boat of the photographer of the Vigilante and the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf.
Gold bars are also mentioned, but the OM does not want to confirm the latter.
The catch was done on August 22. There are two more men besides Umpi.
