WILLEMSTAD - Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath and Minister of Justice Quincy Girigorie will give a press conference this afternoon on the position of Curaçao in relation to the latest developments regarding the position of Venezuela and undocumented Venezuelans in Curaçao.
This week, the European Court of Human Rights ruled that 32 undocumented Venezuelans, who are being held in barracks in Curaçao, should not be deported to Venezuela for the time being. The Rhuggenaath government has always taken the position that undocumented migrants should be returned as quickly as possible.
