WILLEMSTAD - The plan to have a new refinery operator before the end of the year is running according to schedule. This is according to the Prime Minister of Curaçao Eugene Rhuggenaath.
According to the Premier, ten companies have already signed an agreement to get access to the data from the refinery. Discussions are also taking place with several parties.
Rhuggenaath also stated that concrete negotiations can already start next month. That will take place with several companies, after which one party must remain.
