WILLEMSTAD - Prisoners and guards from the SDKK prison are worried now that a guard has tested positive for the coronavirus. Since the start of the corona crisis in March, management would have done nothing to protect detainees and security personnel.
Keeping a distance of two meters is not possible with 80 people on 400 square meters. And hygiene also leaves something to be desired. Prison clothing has not been washed for weeks.
Incidentally, prison visits are no longer allowed and all outdoor activities for prisoners have been stopped.
