Prisoners SDKK clean Santa Famia church in Otrabanda
WILLEMSTAD - Prisoners of the SDKK prison were barely given time yesterday to consider their sins. That was how hard it was to scrub and scrub to get Santa Famia's (Holy Family) church in Otrabanda clean again.
The reason for the trip was the Day of Willibrordus.
Not only was the floor mopped clean, but the statues in the church were also taken care of. There was also considerable work done outside the church.
And all this under the inspiring leadership of pastor Israel Gonzales and - of course - a few prison guards.
