WILLEMSTAD - The Wharf's building permit remains in effect. On Wednesday, the ProMO foundation also lost on appeal. According to the foundation, the project on the Kleine Werf does not fit within the architectural style of the city center.
In December, ProMo was declared inadmissible. At the time, the foundation was too late to file an objection. ProMo also had no luck on its side on appeal. According to the court, the foundation has not argued why the earlier judgment of the judge should be quashed.
