Recently, the European Parliament approved the introduction of a document that simplifies travel within the EU.
This certificate should allow free travel for EU citizens who have been vaccinated, recently tested negative, or still have sufficient antibodies after being infected with COVID-19. Of course, this also applies to residents of the Caribbean parts of the Kingdom. In the near future, it will be up to the EU Member States and the European Parliament to consider this proposal and reach an agreement. After this, the certificate will come into effect, hopefully before the summer!
In addition, we are working on making the price of PCR tests more equal in the EU, as prices differ greatly between Member States. Free travel in the EU is one of the principles on which the EU is based. That is why it is important that PCR tests become affordable, so that free travel within the EU becomes easier again.
