WILLEMSTAD - This morning, the Court of Justice sentenced 26-year-old R. Hato, better known as rapper Tito Rasz, to a 30-month prison sentence, including six conditional. Hato has been found guilty of threats, destruction, weapons, and drug possession.
According to the file, these crimes were committed just after the teenage parade on Saturday, February 22 in front of a snack bar in the Marchena district. He was acquitted for assault. In practice, he could be released in 18 months.
His lawyer, Marije Vaders, declares to this reporter that she will discuss with Hato whether to appeal.
